GRADUATION CHECKLIST

for Human and Community Development Majors

Filing for Candidacy:

During the quarter you plan to graduate, complete the Application for Candidacy form with the Office of the Registrar for you degree in person at 12 Mrak or on-line at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/graduation

Major Certification:

1. Check out your advising folder from the Advising Office in 1303 Hart Hall.
2. Obtain a signature from your faculty advisor on the Major Certification.
3. Submit the completed Major Certification to 1303 Hart.

* If you have not met with a peer advisor or the Undergraduate Advisor during the past two quarters, please do so before meeting with your faculty advisor.

Minor Program Petition:

1. Complete an official Minor Program Petition from the CA&ES (150 Mrak).
2. Obtain a signature from the Undergraduate Advisor (1303 Hart) or your faculty advisor.
3. Obtain your minor advisor's signature.
4. Submit the completed Minor Program Petition to the CA&ES (150 Mrak).
